The data source is the Bank of Israel comparison tool, updated in line with its official publications.
Actual service can vary by branch, and priorities differ: one customer may value fast telephone support while another focuses on fairness or digital service.

The data are based on official, objective, and comprehensive surveys conducted by the Bank of Israel and published periodically as part of the "Kav Hashava" system.
